• Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before programme start
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before programme start
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before programme start

If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If a session is missed, we will attempt to reschedule subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 Behaviour

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment without refund if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

4.3 Parental Involvement

Parents or guardians should support their child's learning by encouraging practice of skills learned and reinforcing concepts at home.
